Returns Policy
Damaged and Defective Products:
- Product appears to be defective: If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately at sales@american-wholesaler.com. We will replace the damaged product at no charge to you.
- Product appears to have been damaged in transit: Each item is inspected for quality assurance before it is shipped. If your purchase is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@american-wholesaler.com. IMPORTANT: DO NOT DISCARD ANY SHIPPING CONTAINERS OR BOXES. An inspection by UPS may be required. We will replace any item damaged during shipping.
Returns & Exchanges:
To return/exchange an item you have received, please email us at sales@american-wholesaler.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA#).Your RA# will expire after 14 days of issuance and RA#'s are non-renewable. Please make sure you clearly show your RA# on the label of your return shipment.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will refund you the purchase price (excluding Shipping & Handling) less a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for any shipping charges for returned items.
IMPORTANT: The returned item(s) must be 100% complete, undamaged, and in original factory packaging. If it cannot be resold due to misuse, missing packaging and/or pieces, your refund may not be issued.
When requesting an RA#, please email the following information:
- Your name
- The product number or name
- The reason for return
- Choose to replace the item, exchange it for another item or refund your money
American-Wholesaler will contact you with an RA# and directions on how to send the item back to us.
